It was very slow. The chef seemed to be having issues with the pizza oven (hence the burning smell) and we had to go to the bar to get a drink after we’d been seated. However, both the manager and the chef came over and apologised for the slow service and they comped 2 drinks for us.

Three areas. Some benches on the grass beyond the car park which gave road-side picnic spot vibes. A couple of benches out the front. Also seating at the back of the pub with festoon lighting looked nice.
