They don’t use the whole bar for service which is annoying. Customers queue really weirdly at the bar which is something to do with the layout and placement of the bar but we can’t put our finger on it.

A really unique bar. A definite destination for a visitor to the city.

Accessibility

There is a lift down from Burlington Arcade, which is accessible from the Stephenson Street entrance to the arcade (there are steps from the New Street entrance). Once inside the bar, there is an enclosed stair lift to the main bar area.
